Beth Cantwell is an organizational and executive coach with over thirty years of corporate experience with a Fortune 50 company. Beth’s firm, Real Leadership Associates, focuses on coaching, mentoring and change management services designed to help individuals and teams within a business or corporate environment focus on performance, efficiencies and flawless execution to be competitive and successful.

As a former telecom executive, Beth has expertise and accomplishment in core functions such as customer services, program management, process management and improvement, methods and procedures development and delivery as well as mentoring and executive / adjutant support. Beth is a highly skilled and sought - after mentor and career coach to many professionals in various industries and developmental stages. From newly promoted and challenged managers, to high-potential and succession planning candidates, Beth’s mentees have achieved solid results in terms of their individual and organizational goals.

Beth’s approach to coaching, mentoring and change management was shaped by her journey from a customer service representative at entry level to jobs with increasing responsibility within various functional teams to executive level positions. While on this journey, she regularly found herself in unfamiliar territory which enhanced her ability to quickly determine her "current reality" and what was required to deliver superior results. As a result, Beth’s models for coaching, mentoring and change management begin with an assessment of her client’s reality – enhancing a client’s ability to undertake the most productive and focused journey to success.

In addition to her professional experience, Beth is certified by New York University as an organizational and executive coach, an International Coach Federation (ICF) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) member and a TTI Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst. She holds degrees in Telecom Management, Business Management and Economics, from the State University of New York.

Beth was born, raised and still lives in Brooklyn, New York.
